This is a Private Website that facilitates the submission and listing of Short Courses, Information and Resources via our Website and the Internet. However, all submissions for listing MUST only be in ENGLISH only. No other language is acceptable since listings must be read and understood in English to be approved and listed at our Site. NOTE: Teachers, Tutors, Instructors, Facilitators, etc., can always conduct their Courses, Discussions, Activities etc., in whatever language is most suitable between their Students, Participants, Customers, etc., and themselves. However, for listing purpose at this Website, the Listing Information, etc., MUST be in ENGLISH only.

After you visit our Site, you will need to read and agree with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, General Disclaimer, Refund Policy, Listings Submission Rules and Membership Rules.

Then you will need to register to join our Site ( as a Free Member of Supporter Member and as a Student or Teacher) by following the registration procedure and submitting the relevant information.

You will then need to confirm your Membership Registration by verifying your email.

Thereafter, you can Log-In as a Member to see, edit or change your Membership Information and other details at your Membership Account Section.

You can browse the listed Courses and “Enroll” by submitting your request to the Member (Teacher, Tutor, Instructor, Facilitator, etc) who submitted the information (i.e. Course Material). That person will then reply to accept or not your request base on requirements or qualifications.

If you are accepted into a Course (or otherwise) you can thereafter download the Course Material (if available) from you Member Account Section. Contact the Teacher, Tutor, Instructor, etc) if you have questions our concerns.

The payment for Courses is NOT done from GoPolas.com Website. We only list the information (i.e. Courses, Information, Resources etc). You will need to follow the instructions from the Teacher, Tutor, Instructor, etc., about how to pay for the Course, etc., you are interested in joining.

We DO NOT allow, provide or facilitate the uploading of videos to our Site. The Course Teacher, Tutor, Instructor, etc., will have to use the services of, for example, Vimeo, YouTube, etc., to upload videos, and then use the urls at our Site to show the videos, etc. And there is a limit to submitting images/pictures, audios, etc., at our Site. Pictures/images size maximum is 900 x 900 pixel. And audio Recording cannot exceed 15 minutes in length of play-back time.

We are not responsible for Courses, etc., paid for to the Teacher, Tutor, Instructor, etc., but for which the Student or Participant did not receive the Service or full Service. We only list the Information about the Course, etc., and how to reach the relevant person to join/participate. However, we will DELETE unlawful, unscrupulous or dishonest persons (i.e. Teachers, tutors, Instructors, etc) Information, Courses, etc., from our Website – base on feedback from our Members or Visitors to our Site.

We always reserve the right to add, edit, or adjust the Information submitted here and elsewhere at our Website. All Members and Visitors to our Site must follow-up at their own discretion to see and know and changes.
